What if my class ring is damaged or lost?
Herff Jones leads the industry with its ring protection programs. Our full lifetime warranty protects your ring from defects and also includes free resizing and free changes to your ring if your school or year of graduation change. Back
Our Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) protects your ring from loss or theft for six years from the date of purchase. Simply submit a claim and pay a nominal fee and we’ll make you a replacement ring.
The ring protection programs have certain terms and conditions. Be sure to review your Herff Jones High School Class Ring Catalog or speak to our office.
What if I don’t know my ring size? Can I still get a ring?

Why do I need Announcements?
High School graduation only happens once in a lifetime, so celebrate your achievement the right way by sending your school’s custom graduation announcements to friends and family to announce your accomplishment. Why do I need to send Thank You notes?
Sending thank you notes is proper etiquette for receiving a gift or acknowledgement of your successful completion of High School. While sending an e-mail might be common with other correspondence today, a hand written thank you note, mailed to a recipient, is the proper way to recognize those people who played an important role in your success and acknowledged your accomplishment. When will my graduation products be delivered?
Some products will be delivered at the time you place your order in school (contact us for a list of pre-delivered products). Otherwise, after you have placed your graduation products order with us, Herff Jones will manufacture each product to your specifications and deliver those products to you 6-8 weeks prior to your graduation. We will return to your school to deliver the items you ordered, just in time for you to prepare for your graduation. Why should I buy my Graduation items from Herff Jones?
Herff Jones is the only “official provider” of your school’s custom graduation announcements and accessories. Purchasing announcements and other graduation products from anyone other than Herff Jones means that those products will not be customized to your specific school and the announcements may not contain the correct graduation ceremony information that is vital for your friends and relatives who plan on attending. Don’t settle for generic substitutes. We make ordering easy and convenient by coming directly to your school on multiple occasions throughout your senior year. Back
What if I have questions about my order?
Please contact our office if you have any questions about your order, either before or after your products have been delivered. You can also see us when we are at your school. Back
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact our office if you need to modify or cancel your order. Cancellations can be made within three business days of your order to obtain a full refund. Refunds vary based upon the time the cancelation request is made and based on if the product has already been manufactured with your personalized name and graduation class. Back
When ordering, do I have to pay in full?
Depending upon the date your order is received, your order total, and the product contents of your order you may have the option to pay a deposit or pay in full. Back
Why do I have to order so many namecards?
Herff Jones graduate namecards are manufactured in quantities of 50. This quantity allows you to include one namecard with each announcement and thank you note you send before and after graduation. Additionally, it is tradition to exchange namecards and senior photos with your friends prior to graduation so you can keep a record of the names and faces of those students whose friendships you cherish. You can also include namecards in your memory albums and other Herff Jones graduation products. Some students even use them as a form of business card.Back
